Questi Termini d'uso regolano l'utilizzo dell'app Foot8. Usando l'app accetti questi termini. Se non li accetti, non utilizzare Foot8.
1. Descrizione del servizio
Foot8 è un'app per organizzare leghe di calcio amatoriale: creazione di leghe, gestione di partite, sondaggi di disponibilità, formazioni, risultati e statistiche dei giocatori (incluso l'OVR). Il servizio è fornito da Alessandro Pitocchi.
2. Account
Per usare l'app devi creare un account con email o accesso Apple/Google. Sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali e delle attività svolte tramite il tuo account. Devi avere almeno 13 anni per usare Foot8.
3. Regole di condotta
Ti impegni a non inserire contenuti offensivi, illegali, molesti o che violino i diritti altrui, inclusi nomi di lega, di giocatore o note. Foot8 applica una tolleranza zero verso contenuti abusivi: gli utenti possono segnalare o bloccare altri utenti e contenuti, e gli account che violano queste regole possono essere sospesi o rimossi. Gli amministratori di lega sono responsabili dei membri che aggiungono.
4. Abbonamenti Foot8 Pro
Foot8 offre un abbonamento in-app "Foot8 Pro" che sblocca funzionalità aggiuntive (leghe illimitate, giocatori illimitati, statistiche complete, temi carta, più match admin).
- Sono disponibili un piano mensile e un piano annuale. Il prezzo esatto è mostrato nell'app prima dell'acquisto, nella valuta locale.
- Il pagamento viene addebitato sull'account App Store o Google Play al momento della conferma dell'acquisto.
- Rinnovo automatico: l'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente alla fine di ogni periodo allo stesso prezzo, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.
- Prova gratuita: se è offerto un periodo di prova gratuito (es. 7 giorni), l'eventuale parte non utilizzata decade nel momento in cui acquisti l'abbonamento. Se non disdici prima della fine della prova, l'abbonamento si attiva a pagamento automaticamente.
- Gestione e disdetta: puoi gestire o disdire l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del tuo account App Store o Google Play. La disdetta interrompe i rinnovi futuri; l'accesso Pro resta attivo fino alla scadenza del periodo già pagato.
- Rimborsi: non sono previsti rimborsi per periodi parziali. Eventuali richieste di rimborso sono soggette alle politiche di Apple o Google.
5. Proprietà intellettuale
L'app, il marchio Foot8, il design e i contenuti forniti da noi sono protetti e restano di proprietà del titolare. I contenuti che inserisci (leghe, partite, statistiche) restano tuoi, ma ci concedi il diritto di trattarli per fornire il servizio.
6. Esclusione di garanzie
Foot8 è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzie di funzionamento ininterrotto o privo di errori. Le statistiche e l'OVR sono calcolati automaticamente a scopo ricreativo e non hanno alcun valore ufficiale.
7. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il titolare non è responsabile per danni indiretti o perdita di dati derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare l'app.
8. Sospensione o chiusura
Possiamo sospendere o chiudere account che violano questi termini. Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dalla sezione Carta dell'app.
9. Modifiche ai termini
Questi termini possono essere aggiornati per riflettere modifiche dell'app o requisiti normativi. La versione più recente sarà sempre disponibile a questo indirizzo.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Foot8 app. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Foot8.
1. Description of the service
Foot8 is an app for organizing recreational football leagues: creating leagues, managing matches, availability polls, line-ups, results and player statistics (including OVR). The service is provided by Alessandro Pitocchi.
2. Account
To use the app you must create an account with email or Apple/Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Foot8.
3. Conduct rules
You agree not to submit offensive, illegal, harassing content or content that infringes the rights of others, including league names, player names or notes. Foot8 has zero tolerance for abusive content: users can report or block other users and content, and accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed. League admins are responsible for the members they add.
4. Foot8 Pro subscriptions
Foot8 offers an in-app subscription, "Foot8 Pro", that unlocks additional features (unlimited leagues, unlimited players, full stats, card themes, multiple match admins).
- A monthly and a yearly plan are available. The exact price is shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: if a free trial (e.g. 7 days) is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel the subscription anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds: no refunds are provided for partial periods. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's policies.
5. Intellectual property
The app, the Foot8 brand, the design and the content we provide are protected and remain the property of the operator. Content you submit (leagues, matches, statistics) remains yours, but you grant us the right to process it to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Foot8 is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics and OVR are calculated automatically for recreational purposes and have no official value.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Card section of the app.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect app changes or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available at this address.
